Was das bedeutet – und was nicht
Für Vitamine und Mineralstoffe gibt es in der EU zugelassene Aussagen (Health Claims), die wir auf den Produktseiten verwenden. Für Pflanzenextrakte, Pilze und Spermidin gibt es sie nicht – deshalb versprechen wir dort nichts, sondern nennen die Studien, an denen wir uns bei der Dosierung orientieren. Ob ein Produkt bei dir etwas bewirkt, hängt davon ab, ob du den Nährstoff überhaupt brauchst. Ein Blutbild sagt das verlässlicher als jede Studie.
